In 2006, Rockin' the Red Cross was born to create awareness and raise funds for the American Red Cross, Onondaga-Oswego Chapter. The inaugural show at the historic Landmark Theatre was a great success. Talented musicians and spirited crowd had a wonderful time. We build on that excitement and enthusiasm.
More than any other Red Cross fundraiser, our Battle of the Bands appeals to a younger audience and a more diverse group of supporters. Music unites us in a way that speeches and platitudes cannot, giving us a chance to draw people closer together. The result is a renewed sense of community, participation and volunteerism.
Band Sponsorship
Each band's sponsorship is $1,500. The funds will be used to promote the event, offset any direct expenses for production, and all remaining proceeds will benefit the American Red Cross, Onondaga-Oswego Chapter.
Your sponsorship will provide you with:
A logo on all printed materials
Mention in all promotions as a corporate competitor
A half page ad in the event program
A profile of your organization which will be presented to the audience before your band is introduced. (You will provide us with the script!)
10 general seating tickets at the event
4 tickets for the VIP Reception
